General terms and conditions
In order to provide optimal service, Life Force Neuromuscular Therapy has drawn up general terms and conditions. All our clients and visitors automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
Appointments which are not kept must be cancelled or postponed at the latest 48 hours before the start of the treatment. If the appointment is not cancelled within the stipulated period, the therapist reserves the right to charge the rate of the intended treatment.
Payment
After the treatment, you can use a payment link to pay without contact. If you can get partial reimbursement from your health insurance company, you can submit the invoice afterwards (online). The health insurer will pay the reimbursement directly to you.
Privacy
Life Force Neuromuscular Therapy does its utmost to guarantee your privacy. We do this by handling personal and medical data with care and by ensuring that no unauthorised person has access to your data. Click here for the privacy policy
Complaints procedure
Your treating therapist strives to provide high quality care. If you are dissatisfied, please contact your therapist within one week. Try to find an appropriate solution together, is this not possible? Then you can use the complaints procedure at the NVST.
It is then possible to use an independent complaints officer. Who can provide support in formulating the complaint or dissatisfaction and help to find a solution. The therapist has the right to be informed. The practice is affiliated with Quasir for this purpose.
In addition, the practice is affiliated to a government-recognised dispute body, Stichting Zorggeschil, and is subject to the independent disciplinary jurisdiction of the RBCZ (TCZ).
